Food Intolerance Testing
We can offer Food Intolerance Testing at Nutrition-Glasgow.
The method of food intolerance testing we use is via a blood sample which is taken, at the clinic, and sent to a laboratory for analysis. This method is known as IgG which measures antibodies produced by the body to foods which are believed to be causing intolerances. Please note we do not offer other methods of food intolerance as these cannot be validated scientifically.

Following Your Test
Having a food intolerance test is just the start of the healing process in alleviating your symptoms.
Some other method of food intolerance tests will tell you what to avoid but not suggest alternatives or consider that the results may cut out major food groups. We will give you a structured programme offering alternatives and show you how to heal your digestive system which is the root cause to food intolerances and how you can gradually and eventually re-introduce the foods which were excluded.
