An Initial Consultation lasts for 1 hour 30 minutes but includes preparation and analysis of your submitted questionnaires and any other health info provided (see consultation section to download questionnaires), preparation of a detailed supplement programme and nutrition/food plan.
Follow-up appointments lasts 1 hour. Progress is discussed and any adjustments to the programme or supplements can be carried out.
